“Business Financing Programme” Agreement signed with the Housing Bank H.E. Dr. Mohamed al-Jafari was appointed as a Director General of the Jordan Loan Guarantee Corporation as of 3/7/2011. A cooperation agreement was signed at the JLGC offices in Amman on Tuesday, 31 May 2011, between JLGC & Tamkeen Leasing Company to guarantee their financial leasing operations. The agreement was signed by JLGC’s Director General HE Dr. Jamal Salah and Tamkeen’s Director-General, Mr. Jamal Fariz. A working agreement signed between the Jordan Loan Guarantee Corporation and Al Ahli Leasing Company on Sunday Nov. 17, 2010 The Jordan Loan Guarantee Corporation announces that the company offices has moved to its new Permanent location in Shmeisani at 24 Prince Shaker Bin Zaid Street, opposite CitiBank, beside the Talal Abu Ghazaleh Building, starting 18/7/2010. Upon the decision of the Board of Directors of Jordan Loan Guarantee at its meeting held on 01.03.2011 the Board decided to cancel the merger between the Jordan Loan Guarantee Corporation (JLGC) and the Jordan Mortgage Refinance Company (JMRC) and the shares of the two companies were re-circulated in the Amman Stock Exchange starting 06.03.2011.
